If, for any reason, the correct shipping and handling costs are not calculated (e.g. the wrong geographic purchase option is selected, such as "US" rather than "Worldwide"), we will automatically add the extra shipping and handling costs to your credit card charge.

Returns

Items purchased from The Relaxation Response Institute may be returned for full refund or exchanged at our expense if defective or broken upon receipt. Items carry a 30 day guarantee of satisfaction and may be returned for a full refund at the buyer's postal expense.
